Welcome to the AdaWaifus Whitepaper. The AdaWaifus are an NFT series on the Cardano Blockchain.

## Our Vision
New communities are emerging around NFTs and we are introducing a bold, new platform called AnimeSector, for anime fans with integrated NFT functionality. There will be an Anime chat, an Anime related info page, an Anime image board and many more upcoming modules for people interested in Anime.
At AnimeSector, our vision is to combine spectacular art with ease of use functionality to create an honest and joyful community. This vision will be combined with our passion for anime and manga. We are merging all our expertise and innovative ideas within the AnimeSector.
Our founder Sven, has been working on the concept for this platform for several years. It all started in 2005 with the website hellsing-anime.de. The community growth and their feedback has been enthusiastic and overwhelming. Step by step, more features were added, until we gathered so many ideas that we made a decision to create something totally new. Over the years, an exceptionally comprehensive concept has evolved. The goal is to meet all the needs of people interested in Anime, within the German-speaking region, and unite their interests on one platform. For the longest time, ideas and concepts were tried out, tested, interwoven with each other and discarded again. Different technologies were experimented with, and above all, many new discoveries were made during this long process.
Behind the AdaWaifus NFTs and the AnimeSector projects, stands the devMonkeys GmbH located in Germany (). devMonkeys GmbH is a web 3.0 start up with a web development background.
# The NFTs
The AdaWaifus NFTs are a generative anime Art collection by . The full collection consists of a variety of AdaWaifus characters. Starting with season 1, there are basic, cyborg, rainbow and zombie waifus. Each Waifu will permit premium access to all modules of AnimeSector. This means with each new module of AnimeSector the functionality of your AdaWaifu will increase! The **maximum supply** of the AdaWaifus NFTs will be **4000** (all Seasons combined). The policy ID of the AdaWaifus will be locked in januaray 2023.
# Season 1
AdaWaifus Season 1
AdaWaifus Season 1 The Season 1 of the AdaWaifus NFT collection was minted in January 2022. The total supply of the season 1 Waifus was 1000 NFTs. The NFTs were generated from more than 150 hand drawn traits. The supply was split as follows:
#### 900 AdaWaifus with the Basic tier type
#### 50 AdaWaifus with Cyborg tier type
#### 35 AdaWaifus with the Rainbow tier type
#### 15 Adawaifus with the Zombie tier type

# Season 2
AdaWaifus Season 2
Season 2 of the AdaWaifus NFT series will be minted in July 2022. Season 2 alone consists of more than 400 hand drawn traits! There will be 1000 NFTs offered from the following classes:
* Dryards
* Schoolgirl
* Punk
* Beach
The rarities will be released after the launch.
# Season 3
Another set of AdaWaifus consisting of the following classes will be mintable in season 3:
* Vampires
* Vikings
* Idols
* E-Girls
# Season 4
The final Set of AdaWaifus will consist of the following Waifu classes:
* Egypt
* Angels
* Deamons
# AdaWaifus Fullbody Arts
After Season 1 there were three unique fullbody art NFTs created.
These three fullbody Art NFTs will be winnable to community members by helping to spread word about the AdaWaifus. Detailed information about the Fullbody Arts will be introduced shortly on our [socials](https://linktr.ee/adawaifus).
# Manga Short Stories
The three AdaWaifius from the fullbody Art contest are protagonists of the AdaWaifus short stories. The short stories can be found on our website [AdaWaifus.io](https://adawaifus.io/) or on [webtoons](https://www.webtoons.com/en/challenge/adawaifus-short-stories/list?title_no=744435).
# Usecase
Edit: The AdaWaifus Community Token will be delayed until there are guidelines from the SEC/BaFin that describe when a native token will be considered a security.
The AdaWaifus Community Token will be 100 % community owned.

The tokens represent voting rights concerning community decisions e.g. the artwork or manga content or roadmap decisions and will be pure utility tokens.
We are planning to offer a special NFT collection that can only be purchased with $AWCT.
Tokens used to purchase NFTs or other so far unplanned upcoming things will be burned.
# Tokenomics
The AdaWaifu Utility token will be 100% community owned. There is no team allocation. The first 15% of tokens will be airdropped to AdaWaifu holders. The snapshot will be taken before the season 2 sale. The maximum supply of the AdaWaifu Utility token will bei 100.000.000 $AWCT.
# Distribution
We are planning to distribute the majority of the tokens via distribution channels such as:
* DripDropz
* TosiDrop
* Freeloaderz
* VyFinance and other platforms
The first ones will be announced soon and further and future partnerships are coming up.
A reserve of 20% token supply will be used to reward active community members and as giveaways.
# AnimeSector
The central core of our anime platform
AnimeSector will be a platform for the anime community. AnimeSector is the central core of our anime platform and has multiple modules.
The desktop web versions of the different modules can be accessed through AnimeSector ([https://animesector.io](https://animesector.io/)).
AnimeSector will be an Anime related info page that gives users general information and news about the newest anime. You can then navigate to your favorite anime to open a page with detailed information that describes that anime.
# anime.chat
The starting point to connect all modules of animesector is anime.chat. Users can interact with other Anime fans within the different modules, starting from the anime.chat base module.
Anime.chat will be integrated directly into animeSector. The Anime.chat app will also be made available for Android devices in the PlayStore. The anime.chat will be more than just another WhatsApp clone. It will stand out from other messenger apps with features such as a graphical chat room, emojis and stickers specially developed for the messenger and NFT integration. The core features of anime chat will be:
* Private and public group chats
* Anime graphic chat where you can move with your avatar
* Different avatar borders (You can earn Avatar borders via events and for holding an AdaWaifu NFT)
* NFT Gallery (Users can connect their cardano wallet to showcase chosen NFTs in their profile)
Since the anime.chat is much less complex than animeSector, it will be released first as a stand-alone solution.
# anime.art
How would you like to showcase your favorite illustrations? The Anime image board will become a favorite destination for engaging your community with your creative illustrations within various categories like cosplay, fanart & NFTs.
# How are we going to achieve this?
100 % of the secondary market royalties go into project or community development.
More than 50 % of the income through the NFT sales will be used for project funding and development. The remaining funds will be used as compensation for the team members and company capital.

# Future Plans
We will be continuosly building our platform and with the platform we will create a bunch of functionality for the AdaWaifus NFTs.
There will be no more than 4000 AdaWaifus NFTs. The NFTs will be distributed in small Seasons of 1000 NFTs.
The upcoming NFT sales are scheduled below:
* Season 2 launched succesfully in july 2022
* Season 3 launch will be in Q1 2023
* Season 4 launch will be in Q2 2024
The first module of animesector will be released as a stand alone app under the name and domain anime.chat until the end of the year, after a beta test. Adawaifu holders participating in the anime.chat beta test will be rewarded with the AdaWaifu Token. After the launch of anime.chat the next module will be the anime wiki followed by more modules that will each increase the functionality of the AdaWaifu NFTs.
# The AdaWaifus Team
**Sven** is the founder and a talented frontend developer. He got a precise vision of the community platform for the anime and manga community of which he is part. In his past, he worked for marketing agencies and built several apps as a free-lancer.
**Luise** is the heart and soul of the AdaWaifu family as she brings all the beautiful AdaWaifus to live with her astonishing clear artworks. She is a self tought manga artist with ten years of experience and well-connected in the german manga scene.
**Alex** is the backend developer of the project. He has a passion for technology, wrote the AdaWaifus minting Script,and is responsible for the blockchain related programming tasks. He acquired experience from his work as a free-lancer where he was working for large business customers in the fintech scene. He loves motor racing!
**Tobi** is a project manager with good team building abilities. He is a passionate Crypto enthusiast with organizational talent and is responsible for legal affairs as well as the financials.
**Reinhardt** is very talented with photoshop, web design and programming. He made the AdaWaifu NFT generator and also supports app development with his UX/UI skills! We are glad to have him on board!
**Johannes** is our DevOps and SysAdmin and a talented allrounder with photoshop skills and some years of knowledge in web development, network administration and coding. He loves coffee!
**Pete** is a first generation Cardano Ambassador. As Head of the Learn Cardano Podcast, he brings lots of insights to the Cardano community and is very well interconnected. He is also a SPO and does the marketing for the AdaWaifu project**.**
